First RT Session
Just returned from my first RT session n it was...................Shagamania!!! Omg i ran 2.4km,did 36 pull ups n various stuff...they really noe hw to make us shagged out man....bt i felt good after tat,after all its been so long since i last did so much in 1 day.If nt for tis i would be slacking around everyday,like a certain someone whose name i will not mention *Bingrong* Oops did i say sth? HAHAHAHA Hmmm looks like i really need to train my stamina,so long nv run already den today when i was running i felt as if someone chained a iron ball to my legs LOL Shagggggggggggggggggggg
